How much does shipping cost?
We provide free shipping on all orders :)
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The majority of orders are shipped directly from our US warehouses. If the event the product is out of stock in a US warehouse, the order will then be shipped from our China warehouse.
Shipping times vary depending on location. We estimate your order will arrive between 5-20 business days. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
What countries do you ship to?
Currently we only ship to the United States. However, due to security reasons, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military bases.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email (to the email address provided during checkout) with the tracking information. This email will also guide you how to track your package.
Please note the tracking information will be displayed 2-3 days after you receive the email. After that time, just click on "Track Order" on the top menu on dealiio.com to find the real-time shipment update.
Where is my tracking number?
You will receive an email with all your required tracking numbers once your items have been shipped. Handling and processing your order normally takes 2-3 days, but may take up to 5 on a busy week.
Please feel free to send us an email at email@example.com if you have not received an email with your tracking number after this time.
Why do I have multiple tracking numbers?
Here at Dealiio we carry products that ship from different warehouses and locations. If you've ordered multiple products, it is likely your items will have separate tracking numbers and will arrive within a few days of each other.
Please be sure to check the status of each delivery for more information.
When will my tracking information appear?
You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us, i.e. once the shipment has left the fulfilment centre of your online shop.
Why can't I track my order on your website?
Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-3 days after being updated. For the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. Therefore, sometimes you can not find information about your package, please try again later.
Why does my shipment status show unchanged?
Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, backlogs etc. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.
How can I pay for my order?
We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card, Debit card or VISA. All products are listed in US Dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.
What is the default payment currency?
Our products are listed in US Dollar. You will see the price displayed in your local currency but our system will automatically convert it to US Dollar at checkout.
Can I pay COD - Cash on delivery?
No. Sorry. We can only accept payment in advance. You can use one of our secure payment methods to pay for your order.
How do I place an order?
First of all, visit our store at: https://dealiio.com. Choose products that you love, then click "Add to cart" & "Check out". Finally, fill in your information and pay. That's it! Very easy.
Warranty & Return
My product has a problem, what can I do?
What to do in 3 steps:
Try to troubleshoot the item by checking the manual we provide in the package. Often we can solve the problem for you without you needing to send anything back. In many cases the product seems to have a problem, but it can be solved by restarting, installing properly, or fixing an accessory.
If you still have difficulties with your item, especially for complicated products such as Car DVD Players, GPS or TV Boxes, we will recommend that you get the product installed or inspected by a qualified technician to confirm that it is faulty rather than incorrectly installed.
Once you have confirmed the product is faulty after steps 1 and 2, you should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
